Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Fill in the form below — we will send you a confirmation with the date and time by e-mail.

How it works

• We will refund the payment, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used — but not before we have received the goods or you have provided proof of sending them.
• Send the goods within 14 days of withdrawing (not cash on delivery) to Paatchi s.r.o., Podkerepušky 2717/32, 841 06 Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
• You bear the cost of returning the goods. The goods should show no signs of use beyond normal trying out.
• You can also withdraw by e-mail to [email protected] or by letter — you may use the model withdrawal form (PDF).
